2.Take your temperature before leaving for school. If you have a fever or don’t feel well, (ear temperature≧38℃/ forehead temperature≧37.5℃), go to the doctor immediately. Don’t come to school until you fully recover.

3.Please arrive at school earlier and have your temperature taken at the entrance of Building A, Building H and Parking area. If you have a fever, cough, or have respiratory symptoms, you should contact the health care center (ext. 3311) or the school security center at (02)25337582 or 0963512563.

4.All the teachers and students from China, Macao, or Hong Kong or anyone who traveled to China, Macao, or Hong Kong should stay at home for quarantine for 14 days. Only after the quarantine period is completed can you come to school.

5.For those students from China, Macao, and Hong Kong who are unable to come to school, the school has arranged “study-at-ease measure”. The school curriculum system has marked these people for this measure on student name lists. (School information system – teaching section – student name list)

6. The school has completed the disinfection of the campus and the dormitories, and the spaces like lavatories and elevators will be disinfected regularly. But you are advised to wear a mask and not to talk in enclosed spaces (e.g. elevator).

7. The dining area in the school food court is disinfected regularly. The restaurant staff should wear a mask, wash hands thoroughly, and take temperatures regularly to ensure their health management. The restaurants on the first and second floors should keep their doors and windows open to let the air flow. There should be disinfection alcohol for use at the entrance. Teachers and students entering the food court or restaurant should wear a mask (ordinary mask such as cloth mask, paper mask, or active carbon mask to prevent saliva or droplet pollution on food), and use disinfection alcohol to disinfect their hands.

8. Service staff at the school library should wear a mask. At the entrance there is isopropyl alcohol for disinfection.

9.All the classrooms for special purposes should keep a record book to keep track of students’ activities.

10.  During classes, all the classroom doors and windows should be kept open. Please don’t use air conditioners unless necessary.

11.  Classrooms are enclosed areas. All the teachers and students should have a mask ready. Take note of respiratory hygiene and cough etiquette. If you cough or get respiratory infection, you should wear a mask.

12.  Students should spread their seats if the classroom space allows.

13.  School anniversary celebration is cancelled. Student should come to class on April 1st. The 18th week is for flexible learning and make up teaching.

14.  Teachers should implement the roll call, and record the absences after class. Teachers and students are advised to wash their hands before entering and after leaving the classroom.

15.  Avoid crowded places or public spaces where the air doesn’t flow.

16.  Use hand soap to wash your hands, have balanced diet, exercise, and sleep well to keep a sound immune system.

17.  For students who are affected by the epidemic (including natives, foreign students, students from China, Macao, and Hong Kong), if you need to apply for an epidemic leave, the leave is equal to official leave and will not be counted as absence.

18.  If the school calls for suspension, the Office of Studies will arrange a unified plan to make up classes using weekends, holidays, or winter or summer vacations (including flexible learning),

19.  During the epidemic prevention period, all the teachers and students should read school emails or get the newest information from the epidemic prevention section on school home page.

20.  It’s everybody’s duty to follow all the epidemic prevention measures.
